Melon Skewers with Lime-Orange Marinade Here's a quickie to jazz up your summer melons!! 1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice (3 to 4 oranges) 1. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, and continuously stir till sugar dissolves. 1 to 2 minutes. 2. Remove syrup from heat and let cool. When cooled add to orange juice. Now stir in the lime juice 3. Put six pieces of fruit on skewers, alternating
